Eldorado National Forest 11/05/06
I know I am a little late with this week's posting. I got a late start as I had some new motor mounts installed on Friday morning. It was raining when we got up there. The zipper on the door broke. Sounds like the start of a terrible weekend?
Well it turned out pretty good. The mounts were in worse shape than I thought so I am glad I got it done before it broke down on the trail. On the way down to the camp site I saw 3 does and a 4-6 point buck. I dug some little trenches to drain the water away from the campsite. I used one of my tarps to cover the door.
The topper came tonight. I went to go exchange the tent and it was on sale so I got a $55 credit.
