Henry Coe State Park 03/12/06

I went to this park which is just outside San Jose and had a great time. As an unexpected bonus there was about a foot of snow that fell in the time I was there. Only in California would you have to shovel you way out when camping.

One of the rangers told me that the snowline was 1000' but I was only expecting a small amount of snowfall. It was about 2" on Thursday night, 4" during the day on Friday, about 4-6" Friday night, and it was snowing when I left on Sunday morning.

I saw some deer, turkey, and raccoon but wasn't quick enough with the camera to catch them.

Well on to the pictures.

Thanks again for sharing my weekend.
