Just a camping guy

Well this weekend I went to Mendocino National Forest. It was raining when I left on Friday morning but cleared up just fine by the time I got to Santa Rosa. I didn't see as much wildlife as I have in previous weeks but the views were great.

I was a little concerned when I first drove in as there was a ton of off-road vehicles but they disappeared as I got deeper in the forest. Here are some pictures of the forest.



Here is a picture of my trusty tent and campsite along with some of the shots of what was around my campsite.


I had to drive across a creek to get to the camping area. On Saturday morning I noticed my front plate was missing. Well I drove back to the creek and found my plate. That water was cold.


Yes that is my plate.


Plate recovered.
